Your out-of-network benefits are usually pretty straightforward to use. To make things even simpler for you, I’ve partnered with a company, Mentaya, who will submit your claims to your insurance company.

Should you decide to submit on your own, most insurance companies have you upload your monthly superbill online (it’ll be sent to you on the 1st of each month) and then they will mail you a check with your reimbursement.

I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule an appointment within 48 hours of our appointment time, you will be responsible for the full cost associated with your original appointment, regardless of when you reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your understanding!

Yes! I offer several sliding scale spots for people who are unable to afford my full rate. Please reach out if you are interested in receiving counseling services and finances are a barrier for you.

Payment is due at the time of appointment.
